Wedding Planning during COVID | frequently asked questions

We understand how difficult it must be to be planning your wedding during these uncertain times. We all thought that by now, the pandemic would have been better, and we are just hitting the tip of the iceberg, but vaccinations have started, and hope is in the air for a better future. We all know that this too shall pass.

Our venue is affordable, and flexible. We are navigating these unchartered waters along with you, and will do everything we possibly can to make your event stress-free and protected if anything COVID related were to happen. To help you make the best choice for you and your family, we have created a list of our most frequently asked questions, and answers when booking our venue.


Postponing & Cancellation

  1. What is the venue’s policy if I have to postpone my wedding? For example, some venues require couples to select a new date within 12 months of their original date.

    YOU CAN POSTPONE UP TO 12 MONTHS

  2. Would there be fees associated with postponing our wedding?

    NO

  3. If we need to reschedule our wedding, do you offer reduced pricing for weekday weddings or off-peak seasons?

    NO

  4. If we are unable to postpone the wedding, what is your cancelation policy?

    THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT ANY OTHER PAYMENTS YOU HAVE MADE ARE REFUNDED.

  5. How much is the deposit, and is it refundable or transferable to a new date?

    THE DEPOSIT IS $1,500, AND YES IT CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO A NEW DATE.

  6. How far in advance of our wedding date will we review and consider whether or not we should postpone?

    WE FOLLOW STATE AND LOCAL GUIDELINES AND WILL CONTACT YOU IF WE NEED TO CONSIDER POSTPONING.

  7. If we need to postpone our wedding until next year, will you have available dates?

    YES WE HAVE AVAILABLE DATES IN 2022 AND BEYOND

  8. Do you require wedding insurance?

    NO

  9. If your venue is temporarily closed, what's the best way to contact you?

  10. Do you offer any elopement or "marry now / celebrate later" packages?

    YES WE DO

  11. How many total guests can you accommodate?

    130 PEOPLE

  12. How many guests will be permitted to sit at each table?

    10 PEOPLE

  13. Will we be able to live stream the wedding? If so, will you facilitate the technology?

    YES, BUT WE DO NOT FACILITATE THE TECHNOLOGY

  14. What is your internet/WiFi service like?

    REGULAR WIFI


Social Distancing & Sanitation

  1. Do you have a mask requirement for your guests? What about for employees?

    ONLY EMPLOYEES ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK

  2. What kind of cleaning and sanitation will be done prior to our event? What about during the event?

    WE HAVE A DISINFECTING MACHINE THAT WILL BE USED TO CLEAN AFTER EVERY WEDDING

  3. Can we set up hand sanitizing stations or mobile hand-washing stations?

    NO, BUT WE HAVE BATHROOMS WITH SOAP, AS WELL AS HAND SANITIZER EVERYWHERE

  4. What safety measures do you have in place for staff? (i.e. are there health / temperature checks upon arrival?)

    WE TAKE TEMPERATURE CHECKS FOR STAFF & GUESTS

  5. How far apart will the tables and chairs be spread out to keep our guests safely distanced?

    AT LEAST 6 FEET

  6. What is the traffic flow like for guests? Is it possible to set up "one-way" doors for entrances and exits? Do you have an event space with automatic doors?

    NO

  7. If you require valet parking, how will it be handled safely? Will you permit people to self-park if they choose?

Food + Beverage

  1. How will food be served and/or presented?

    WE HAVE PLEXIGLASS IN FRONT OF THE BUFFET, AS WELL AS THE CATERER SERVES THE FOOD FOR EACH GUEST.

  2. What kind of bartending service will you provide? Is table-side bar service an option?

    NO

  3. Are you still offering on-site tastings to help us choose the menu? Or is there an option to pick up some tasting samples?
