Minimalist Micro-Weddings instead of Elopement
What is a Minimalist?
A minimalist is someone who makes choices to reduce or eliminate financial burden so they can do the things that really matter. Experiences and financial freedom over materialism. That’s why, when thinking about your wedding, or basically any large financial investment, it’s important to stay grounded and look at the bigger picture. Many newlyweds want a home to call their own, may be pregnant, or just don’t have the family support for a wedding. This is why many smaller weddings, like an elopement or micro-wedding may be considered.
Micro-Weddings vs. Elopement
An intimate minimalist wedding differs from an elopement in many ways. For one, there is no secrecy like that of an elopement. Secondly, there is often some type of reception after the ceremony, and third, the guest count is a bit bigger (25 - 40 guests), creating the need for a more organized event.
Here at County Line Event Center, we specialize in small to mid-size weddings. Our micro-wedding package is the perfect option for your minimalist wedding. It keeps the reception simple, yet enjoyable for your guests. You’ll get almost all the same bells and whistles as our larger held weddings, along with the same add-on options if you’d like to add a little extra. We are a well-decorated venue that speaks to you as-is, you’ll also find peace in our basic, blank-slate spaces, which solely accentuate the spaciousness and coziness of our venue.
