Having your stress level in overdrive is completely understandable when planning your wedding—you still have your job, your family, and your bills (you know, a life). Many couples categorize wedding planning as “extremely stressful”, while others thought it was more “nerve-wracking” than other major life events, like finding a job. When planning your wedding, making decisions to add dozens of unnecessary frills and expenses can make the stress even more intense. Whereas, a simple wedding helps keep focus on the bride and groom rather than decorations, accommodation, and food.

Here at County Line Event Center, we specialize in coordinating small to mid-size all-inclusive weddings, that are simple and stress-free.

what makes our wedding/packages stress-free?

Well, all all-inclusive packages are not created equal. There are wedding venues that will sell you an all-inclusive package, but the package will be missing a lot of pieces like the wedding cake, bouquet, DJ, or even the officiant. Just when you thought you received a good deal, suddenly you notice all the little important pieces that were not included, and your overall wedding budget will go up, causing unexpected stress and anxiety.

At County Line Event Center, we have two main packages, ‘Because I Love You’, and ‘The Grand Affair’. Both packages have all the necessities needed to have a simple, and stress-free wedding, with all the little things added, like the bridal cake, DJ, sweetheart table, officiant, etc…, with ‘The Grand Affair’ raising the bar a bit more by including some additional ‘nice to haves’, like the groom’s boutonniere, rose toss petals, groom’s cake, champagne toast, etc…

Items not included in our all-inclusive packages:

• Beer/Liquor

• Decorative Flowers

• Photographer

When working with our team of wedding coordinators, we recommend repeatedly checking in with your initial goals to help you stay on track and on budget. By putting key pieces into place at the very beginning of the planning process, you’re going to be able to avoid a lot of unneeded stress down the road. This is because all expectations, add-ons, and details will be discussed and finalized.

Also, getting your families on the same page right from the get-go is the best way to avoid butting heads when you’re in the thick of planning. If mom and dad are contributing to your wedding budget, they’ve bought themselves a say in the planning. Sit down with them right from the start and talk about your vision for the big day, and hear what they have to say about the things that are very important to them; then find ways to compromise so everyone is happy.
