10 Topics we will discuss during your Venue Tour!

Come Tour our Family-Owed Venue

Here at County Line Event Center, we cannot stress enough, on how important it is to schedule a tour. If you are even remotely intrigued or interested, tour us, and see what you think and feel about our staff, and wedding venue grounds.

You may have checked-out our web-site, Facebook, or Instagram page, but as we all know, especially during the pandemic, that nothing is like it is in-person. Conversations over email, definitely do not compare to a face-to-face consultation, or seeing pictures or even a video, definitely do not replace the smell, feel, or emotions that you would get during an in-person tour. Come tour our family-owned, hometown venue, and learn about everything we offer. Learn about our payment plans, how our wedding coordinators will help you along the way, what our all-inclusive packages include and what you can add-on, as well as, how we will work together in making sure all your desires and expectations are met.

Be Ready to Discuss the Following:

  1. How will the time of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be coordinated.

  2. What time do you want your event to end? Sunday to Thursday events end no later than 9:00 PM, and Friday & Saturday events end no later than 11:00PM

  3. How many guests are you expecting to have? Our venue is only equipped for up to 130 guests. We have a special micro-wedding package that is very affordable, and accommodates between 25 - 40 guests. Other packages start from 50 guests and up. Be sure that we can fit every guest on your list because the 80/20 rule of RSVPs has quickly become an old wives tale and it’s likely that more than 80% of your guest list will come to your wedding.

  4. What the ideal reception layout (Head table, sweetheart table, guest tables, etc…) will look like with your expected guest count.

  5. How set-up time will be coordinated. Make sure to discuss outside vendors, incase you choose to use someone to set-up DIY items, or speciality set-ups. Depending upon the wedding package you choose, you have between 3 to 4 hours of set-up time.

  6. What is your total wedding budget for an all-inclusive wedding? We sell 3 types of packages that start at $3,942, $6,950, and $8,750. Make sure to discuss the beer & liquor estimated costs, as that is not included in our package pricing. This will give you a more concise estimate of what your wedding will cost.

  7. Discuss our backup plane if it rains, and if it will cost you anything extra to use it.

  8. The types of specials we may be running and if they can apply to you. We tend to have specials runnings, and we can discuss them during the tour.
